Potential for T7 Global to grow its earnings

Between its MCM (maintenance, construction and modification services) and well decommissioning activities, setbacks from T7 Global’s baggage handling system contract delays due to logistical constraint should be addressed.

For the first quarter ended March 31, 2025, revenue increased to RM138.8mil compared with RM132.5mil in the same quarter a year ago.

Earnings rose to RM7.04mil compared with RM4.61mil a year ago.

Technicals

T7GLOBAL’s sharp decline since 2 April 2025 may have found its bottom, with price now stabilizing within a sideways consolidation range.

It is currently testing the 50-day EMA line — an early indication of a potential recovery.

More notably, a bullish divergence is becoming increasingly apparent as both the RSI and MACD readings are trending higher, suggesting that an upward breakout could be on the horizon.
