The Space Invader poster from March 1979 (inspired by the arcade game) illustrates what a pain it is when passengers read newspapers in a way that invades others' space.

Inspired by Charlie Chaplin's "The Great Dictator," the Seat Monopolizer from July 1976 reminds passengers not to take up more space than necessary.

Adrian Pang is advertising on TV on Fair Employment ...

His script begins with these words :

"I've been working in singapore for 10 years. Before that, I was overseas...."

Leaves me wondering the hidden agenda of this advert... :?:

just saw this mcdonald's advertisement on tv, featuring 2 office workers having lunch seemingly our local scene...

girl holding up a quarter-pounder and asked her male lunch mate : "why do they call this a quarter pounder? "

boy stares into blank space......and after the advertise explains....shrugs his shoulder and said " don't know...but it tastes great "

****

careful not to visit mcdonald's too often for meals.... lest you too should become lesser intelligent... 8-)

Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore
Are you obsessed with the right things? ask the new print ads of Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore. But it is not the words but the images used in these ads that draw attention and require a double take. Using Kryolan body paint and Daler Rowney Expression angled brushes and sponges, illustrator Andy Yang Soo painted a model's body and photographer Allan Ng took the pictures for the ads that suggest that perhaps women should focus on health and have their breasts checked rather than obsess about their big butts, pimples and bad hair days.
