I wonder if they are buying properties in Sanya and Bali. I know they love the sun and beaches in Bali but they are not buying there. But this resourceful local realtor is sourcing for Russian clients, which probably means they are in the market.

I'm not sure about the property rules in Bali.

For China, foreigners can only buy one property in the city that they are working. Non-residents are not allowed to buy any properties but of course one can get around those things

At Yalong Bay, I would think that those Russians are tourists. I think they dont need for a Visa for Hainan but I think they do need a visa for other parts of China.

Thank QQ for the response . I heard PM Putin holidayed at Sanya last year (??but dun know if it's true). I also heard that during the winter months, the Russians and Kazakhs fly chartered flights to Sanya, Bangkok and Bali. The world is making lots of people rich.
