just when i thought the durian season is over...

i popped by geylang this afternoon...and to my surprise, it was durian galore at most durian stalls....and more importantly, prices have dropped..

i even came across a stall that was selling 3 for $10 猫山王.... i chose a couple of $2 per fruit to try out the quality... no horse run.... this particular stall is situated directly opposite geylang lorong 9, along Sims Ave

just so you dont think this cheaper pricing is just a one day affair...i visited my mother yesterday(sunday) and bought some D24s (3 for $20 types) from her neighbourhood stall... quality equally satisfying...

so...head down to a durian seller near you... ;)

last night, with several people, we patronized a durian stall opposite Lor 6, along Sims Ave...

the quantity is dwindling, and according to the vendor, durian season is ending soon...perhaps in a matter of days..

so, if you are still keen on indulging in this heavenly fruit... mai tu liao....

the mortality rate of durians is ranked among the lowest for pulau ubin durians...

singapore durians are known to have the lowest mortality rate, growing past 2 months and into full sized fruits, ready to be savoured by afficionados...

I can see...that it is time of the year to visit this thread again.

I pass by Waterloo during the weekend but find that the 'D24' (??) does not smell fragrance enough.

Think need to wait till end June??
1. Always wait for the setup. NO SETUP; NO TRADE

2. The trend will END but I don't know WHEN.

Jul is a bounty harvest time...end June will be the beginning and usually...not so tasty yet...and more expensive due to limited supply...at the height of harvest... you can get a D24/XO/cat mountain king/red prawns/ etc, for bargain prices... wait a while more...
