Got a few reits lately... Anyway been on reservist so din really follow much of the wild actions daily.
That said, was lucky enough to have bot some counters on the day STI dropped below 1500. Din have courage to pick up more so just dipped a bit but the returns I must say was damn shiok.

Ooops.. missed this. Yup I already reverted to Winston, never siam...
Not much change in dividend, seems to levelling over past few quarters, though NAV increased around 5cents from last quarter in SGD terms

I have a small holding on this Reit. Had wanted to reduce by half at $0.860. As usual, there is no conviction to follow through when the market takes a turn.
Don't follow the fundamentals as closely.
When the bear market runs its course, it will be like the police raiding a brothel. The innocent piano player will also be taken down and given a rough time. Maybe wait and see before adding.
