Thanks. I also used URA site to check sometimes. Usually the number there is lower than the actual number because some buyers did not lodge the caveats.

Saw on The Straits Times today an advertisement on Waterwoods. It said that it will TOP in Dec 2015.

My guess Sing Holdings' share on the project is around $40m or 10 cents per share. Cash flow will also improve significantly. The boss stated that it will declare a special dividend after the TOP so most likely is that in their 4Q2015 announcement (Feb 2016) the company will announced a significant increased in profit and dividend(special).

Sing Holdings' 2Q earnings surge to $2.2 mil on recognition of sales proceeds
SINGAPORE (July 28): Property developer Sing Holdings posted a near sevenfold surge in earnings to $2.2 million for 2Q2015 ended June, from $325,000 a year ago. Revenues for the period also jumped nearly six times to $25.3 million.

(If I am not wrong Robin and Waterwoods will TOP in 4Q2015. A good time to start accumulate is the period before 3Q2015 result which would be in end Oct or early Nov. Stevens MRT will be opened on Dec 27. I think they would launched the remaining units of Robin in Dec....maybe at a higher price)
