No the $160m includes (the 15% and 25%)......

And from the Devt properties, the value is $390m......The robin and waterwoods add up together also not so much....so I think part of The Laurels still in it (which also includes the 4 unsold units- around $10m). So my guess is ....if land cost (plus some construction) of robin and waterwoods add up to $360m and $10m unsold units....so maybe another $20m or less from The Laurels will be collected.


So the $160m receivables, plus the $10m unsold units plus another $20m under the devt property segment....that will be from The Laurels. After that nothing more....

I guess shareholders will have to wait longerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....till they receive the receivables.....

they tone down their bonus....so I deemed it fair.....

2 more units of The Laurels sold.......

and.....
In view of the looming oversupply and restrictive financing policies in the local residential market, other than property development activities in Singapore, the Group will also explore property development and investment opportunities overseas.



anyway company can pride themselves for being in a 'top' band of high dividend yield......for even though dividend drops, share price drops even more..... :evil:

I am disappointed with the dividend.
I just asked a friend regarding-on completion date 15%-the 15% will be locked into project account for 1yr...so collection of 15% can only be collected 1yr after TOP.

Thanks. That meant the 15% or $100m will be received in 3q. The sum is currently under trade receivables.
