Part 5

How to Manifest Money by Steve Pavlina

Upgrading

When manifesting money, start small and work up to larger amounts. See it as a score you’re aiming to increase, but don’t put larger amounts on a pedestal by assuming they’re more difficult to manifest.

I started with manifesting pennies in the Summer of 2006. Then I graduated to nickels, dimes, and quarters. I focused on quarters for several weeks. Then I progressed to dollars to $100 to $1000 to $10K to $50K. Overall it took less than a year to go from manifesting pennies to manifesting $50K.

After that point I become more interested in non-monetary manifesting and had some especially fun times with manifesting in my social life — friends, mentors, and other yumminess.

In fact, I honestly feel that manifesting money is a bit boring compared to all the other cool stuff you can manifest. It’s like playing a video game and obsessing over the score. That can be fun for a while, but eventually you want to focus on more interesting aspects of the game world.

If you can get good at manifesting coins, you can manifest larger sums too. The process is the same. Only some limiting beliefs of yours may stand in the way. But as you gradually upgrade to larger sums, you can collapse those false beliefs.

Once Emily gets good at manifesting coins and feels comfortable and confident with it, I’ll start challenging her to manifest larger sums. She may not find money on the ground as often, but it will show up in other ways.

Money comes to you through the filters of your beliefs, but you don’t have to change your beliefs radically. You just have to open enough of a portal in your beliefs to allow different sums to come to you.

Coins may be found on the ground while you’re walking around. Bills will sometimes be found on the ground too. Larger sums may manifest in the form of exchanges, business deals, inheritances, inspired action, and other ways.

Assume that those larger sums are right in front of your face, staring at you and screaming at you to notice them. You just have to tune your vibe to the right frequency to pick them up.

I’ve noticed that as I’ve shifted my vibe to manifest larger sums of money and to manifest new experiences in other parts of my life, I seem to fall out of resonance with manifesting smaller sums.

I’m not as good at manifesting coins as I was in 2006. That’s because my vibe isn’t tuned in to the coin manifesting frequency as much. These days I’m spending more time using the LoA to manifest cool social connections and travel experiences.

I’ve tuned my vibe to focus on that part of the perceptual frequency. I also feel more excited and playful about manifesting in these other areas as opposed to adding to my financial score.
It's all about "how much you made when you were right" & "how little you lost when you were wrong"

Part 6

How to Manifest Money by Steve Pavlina

Congruency

Every relationship in your life contributes to the overall vibe you’re putting out. This includes all the different ways you relate to money.

For example, if your job sucks and doesn’t pay you very well, and you try to manifest money on the side, that probably won’t work so well because each time you go to work at your job, you risk re-triggering the vibe of feeling financially under-appreciated.

This is where lots of people get stuck with the LoA. They put out conflicting vibes every day. They may visualize having more money and feeling abundant and grateful, but then they go to the grocery store, and they buy cheap, low quality food because in the back of their mind, they’re saying to themselves that they can’t afford the good stuff. And that naturally cancels out the vibe of abundance, so the result is no change.

If your current circumstances cause you to emit conflicting vibes, then even as you go through the motions of acting in accordance with a scarcer financial situation than you’d like, keep your vibe focused on that of abundance.

The best way to do that is by holding the heartset of gratitude. So even if you buy cheap, low-quality food, hold the vibe that you’re grateful for it and that you appreciate it.

Feel appreciative that such food exists and that it’s within your budget. And then look at the high quality stuff, and emotionally invite it into your life. If possible, find one way in which you can splurge for higher quality items, like buying a few organic apples, and feel grateful that you can do that. And when you eat those apples, really enjoy them, and intend to receive more of the same.

But do NOT beat yourself up for not being able to afford what you desire. That will only lower your vibe.

Do like I did with Emily when she kept finding bottle caps and smudges. Praise yourself for succeeding at what you’re already manifesting, and then command your senses to adjust to a more abundant part of the spectrum of reality. Be patient with yourself — you’ll get it.

Whenever you start feeling bad about your financial situation, see that as a form of feedback. Let it become an immediate trigger to refocus on your desires. Say to yourself, “Okay, obviously I don’t want this. So what do I want instead?” Then think about happier alternatives; allow your mind to go there, and let the resulting new vibe flow through you.

Manifesting money is a fun challenge. It’s definitely doable if you approach it from a place of playfulness, knowing, and power. It does involve some discipline, but the discipline is mental and emotional, not physical.

You aren’t going to let a 10-year old girl kick your ass at this game, are you?

7 Attitudes That Are Keeping You Broke By Wellington Rodrigues

There has been a lot of talk about inflation, depression and recession lately. There are only two ways to really "shield" yourself from the dire news that are flooding the media left and right; one is to move to a remote cave in the Himalayas. The second (and easier) option is... to transform your current "prosperity vibration".

And how do you know that you're not vibrating in a negative frequency when it comes to money and prosperity? Easy. I have a quick quiz to all my personal coaching clients who face money challenges. Throughout the years, I was able to track seven characteristics possessed by those who have reoccurring financial "dramas" in their lives.

Take a look at each and see if any of those applies to you at this moment...

Attitude 1- The lack consciousness

This is the classic attitude of the pessimistic individual. It encompasses those people who always focus their attention on the empty half of the glass. Their subconscious minds have been conditioned to see only that which is lacking, thus they block out or filter everything else.

No wonder why they're broke; they keep on looking for what is missing, and the worst thing is that they verbalize it through constant complaint.

Attitude 2- Low self-worth/esteem

This is a modern syndrome that affects more people than you can imagine.

Our educational and social systems are not very good at "producing" strong and confident individuals on a massive scale. We are usually measuring ourselves by those unrealistic standards created by the media and Hollywood. No wonder why many can't think they are good enough, or cute enough, or fit enough.

But the truth is: You receive according to your sense of self-worth. Your financial life usually reflects that attitude. Think about that, please.

Attitude 3- Resentment towards the "filthy" rich

Words have power – the power to move others, and the power to reprogram your subconscious mind. We must be VERY careful with the terms we use. In this case, I want to call your attention to the expression "filthy rich", used by many people unconsciously.

What the word "filthy" reminds you off, dear reader? Who in heavens created this expression? I do not know, but one thing I can deduct; whoever created that expression had a negative view of the rich.

What about you? Do you resent the super wealthy people in any way? What are your thoughts and comments about them? Remember that we can't be rich if we have an unconscious repulsion or resentment towards them.

Attitude 4- The belief that there's never enough

It may not be your case particularly, but many good people DO believe that there's not enough for everyone. They actually think that the rich are taking something away from everybody else. They criticize and judge the so-called "elite" and love to blame them for all the problems of this world.

Come on! Let's wake up and take responsibility for our own destinies. There are infinite number of ideas to be materialized, infinite inventions and discoveries to be made, and enough prosperity to feed and clothe the world thousands of times over. If you stop blaming and do your part, that is; if you CONTRIBUTE to this world, you will help create more value and wealth to all of us.

Attitude 5- The "hard work" mentality

This is a classical one that I hear most of the times. As good old daddy said: "Junior, you have to work your ass off to provide for your kiddies, buy a house and guarantee your future. No hard work, no money, no money, no honey..."

Hard work is a honorable thing for sure. But I'd rather follow the path of "smart work".

What do you think about the statement above? Some will think: "This guy is lazy", "he wants to earn easy money", "there's no easy road", etc.

Well, you are free to think as you want and I don't really care about what or how you think at this point. I am just asking you to go inside and check this aspect of your life. Do you think that those who work easy and make a whole lot more money than you are somehow cheating? If you do, you have resentment towards them, and guess what; you will never become one of them.

Attitude 6- The "parental imitation" syndrome

Our primary models in life are our parents. We learn how to walk, talk and express ourselves by observing them and other adults around us. Now, one thing that many do not know is that we also learn how to perceive and deal with money from them!

What was your parents' relationship to money and finances? Did they criticize the rich? Did they argue about money in front of you? Did they live in a state of lack or a state of prosperity?

You may be imitating them to this day. It is NOT your fault though, but just the way you were "taught".

Attitude 7- The "I'm holier than thou" syndrome (or money is not spiritual)

And to conclude, another classic attitude. One that I have heard over and over again form BROKE people. The concept that money is NOT "spiritual" (whatever spiritual means to you).

These kinds of people perceive having plenty of abundance as some kind of sin, or a violation of "spiritual laws". But guess what? They are very glad to accept donations and hand-outs. They even open "non-profit" organizations (which are VERY profitable by the way). BUT, what keeps their church or temple alive and kicking? You guessed it...M.O.N.E.Y. (forgive me God).

In reality most of these people have one characteristic; HYPOCRISY. There's nothing good or bad about money or about having PLENTY of it. MONEY is NEUTRAL, what we do with it is what counts.

So, if you're still hallucinating on the idea that the "poor and humble" will have a first class ticket to heaven, WAKE UP...you're not in Sunday school anymore... GOD is the richest guy in the UNIVERSE! And He wants to share some of that with you...

Do a reality check and see if you have any of the characteristics above...your financial future depends on it.

MASTER YOUR DESTINY By Adrienne Marks

Manifesting wealth and abundance should be easy. However too often people are full of fear and anxiety and if you’re constantly worried about how things will turn out you are closing off the ways that money and abundance can actually come to you.

You shouldn’t have to struggle to make money or attract wealth. Having more money makes your life easier and allows you to do many of the things you want. But if you don’t have the wealth you want, if you’re not making the kind of money you want, if you’re not manifesting wealth and abundance then you’re simply not sending out the right messages to have more of what you want.

Those messages are your thoughts and beliefs. And whatever thoughts and beliefs you have about money and manifesting wealth will become a part of your life.
Unfortunately most people don’t believe they can make the kind of money they want and they don’t believe that they can be wealthy. Why does this happen?

Well at some point in your life you developed a negative thinking pattern, This pattern was planted in your subconscious mind when you were younger and in all probability you’re not even aware of it. You just know that you believe more in lack than you do in abundance.

That no matter how hard you try you just can’t ‘get ahead’. That you don’t deserve it, you’re not worthy of it, that you have to struggle to succeed – and so you never achieve.

What’s happening is that your subconscious is creating your life based on those thoughts and beliefs. You’re putting out the wrong signals.

Your subconscious simply follows your beliefs. Negative or limiting beliefs about money have no purpose… they don’t let you get ahead or live the life you want and they certainly won’t let you become wealthy.

Those who succeed and enjoy their lives control their fear, they eliminate anxiety and panic by changing their focus and by thinking of how things will or can work out. They have a belief in themselves and what they are worthy of.

If you’re crippled with fear it’s because you’re thinking of how things won’t work out or what could go wrong.

You don’t have enough information to be confident so your mind immediately focuses on what could go wrong. No wonder you get scared. Anybody would be crippled with fear if they focused on what could go wrong all the time. So what do you do?

Change your thoughts. Start thinking about how things could work out. Push your mind to do things differently. As your mind goes into a negative tailspin you feel trapped, you’re worried, uncertain, then the panic takes over, the fear cripples you and the anxiety overwhelms you.

And if those worries are down to money – not having enough, not earning enough, not enough customers, whatever it might be, the more you think like that the worse it will become. It’s not a way to live. So what can you do?

Focus on what you want. Think of how you would like things to turn out and fill your mind with thoughts of success. If you stray, if your mind comes back and give you negative junk that leads to fear and anxiety change those thoughts.

Your subconscious mind will then pick up on these new thoughts and allow you to overcome the fear… eliminate the anxiety and get rid of the panic attacks.

You need to eliminate and change any negative beliefs about money even if times are tough or if there’s a recession.

The truth is that in a recession people still make money.
People still find jobs in recessions.
Businesses do grow.
New businesses form during tough times.
Keep Changing those negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. Get rid of them.

When you have a thought that supports you those beliefs change . It really is that simple
Getting rid of those negative beliefs once and for all, empowering yourself with positive powerful thoughts, doing this on a daily basis (the way you do when you worry !) going over and over things is THE ONLY WAY to bring changes in your life; bring you the life you want rather than what you’re struggling with.

Focus on what you want. Feed your mind positive thoughts and create positive beliefs about making and building wealth quickly and easily

Negative self-beliefs thwart your self-image and cloud and shroud the light within. You cannot live like that – You need to let your happy loving nature shine; let it out and be free.

In doing so you will find your life will change in all areas, and you will begin to manifest all your dreams with ease and start experiencing more of the love, happiness and successes you desire and deserve.

The truth is, you always deserve, whether you believe it or not, so you may as well believe it! Because…

The more you believe you deserve it all, the more you will receive

What Does Your Wealth Say About Your Confidence? By Heidi Sawyer

Wealth is the key to building your confidence. Wealth is not money, it is a state of mind. That state of mind happens to attract money but it isn’t the physical aspect of coins in your pocket or notes in your purse.

Your amount of debt and the ability to pay it reflects your current self-esteem and confidence. Unconsciously we make decisions to affirm when we’re ‘worth it’ and when we’re unworthy.

If in the last few years you’ve found yourself making poor choices, 2011 is the year to change that. It is the most supportive energy in decades.

The support is something you can’t touch, it is something you feel, it exists deep within your core. However, you have to ignite that feeling. As soon as you do, you’ll find many of your financial challenges will start to correct themselves. I have seen this ‘magic’ work too many times for it to be incorrect.

If you’ve got debts that are making you anxious or unhappy, make 2011 your year to correct that. If your thoughts drift towards the fact you’ve already made as many changes as possible to reduce your outgoings, then consider an adjustment to your sub-conscious world. This could start to make a serious dent in your debts, or generally improve not only your financial wealth, but your spiritual one too.

How you can successfully put your goals and targets in place?

Once you have decided upon the most important aspect for you to concentrate on for 2011, think about the following:

a) What are your daily habits?
b) What are the time lines you want to put into place? When will things happen?
c) What are the strategies and tactics you’re going to use in order to make your plans a reality?

It’s time now to adjust the ‘fast food’ mentality of wanting it yesterday. In order to successfully achieve your plans and goals for 2011, you must first give yourself a bit of time. Think in realistic timelines of how to get out of the ‘fast’ mode and into the steady.

It’s the little things that start to build your confidence. Give yourself the opportunity along the way to celebrate the little wins, in order to make room for the big one.

The Importance of Your Treats:

In order to really get going and to keep yourself motivated, it is important to give yourself some rewards occasionally en route. These rewards do not have to be extravagant, and should certainly not be an excuse for a spending spree but they should entail choosing something that’s going to feel ‘special’ to you. It is important to ‘romance’ yourself, in order to feel worthy and build up your self-esteem.

If you’ve made a significant step in the right direction towards your main goal, then reward yourself with a treat you wouldn’t normally give yourself. One I strongly suggest, especially for women, is instead of rummaging in the reduced bucket of flopping flowers that have seen better days, buy yourself a small bouquet of the flowers you really want.

Make the choice based on what you want, rather than what’s the most practical. Put the ones back that are going to last the longest and go for the pretty ones you prefer. If you have the courage to do this here and there, you are beginning to learn how to accept rather than always over-giving.

The Universe can then begin to respond appropriately – it can start to ‘give’ the unexpected with you appreciating, rather than rejecting.

What will make or break 2011 for you? Accountability and action will make or break this year for you. Choose who is going to hold you accountable for your actions.

Accountability can be a group, a person, a family member, or a mastermind group who will help you to stay on track. These are people who have faith in you, who are there to cheer you on and help you get up when you fall over.

They are there to assist you in maintaining your pace so that you may grow to the level you want to. The person may even be part of your internal world. Accessing this person or group of people, whether internal or actual is the key to your success.

Your confidence, self-esteem and worth will receive a well-deserved boost and this is definitely the year in which to do this.

3 Powerful Ways to Use EFT to Attract Abundance Starting Today By Alan Combies

EFT, also known as Meridian Tapping, is a very efficient and useful tool that is rapidly becoming well known in the self-help, psychological, and medical fields. The reason it is catching on is that...

1. It's easy to use and
2. It works

I have been using EFT, specifically FasterEFT, for years on myself and on my clients and continue to coach people on how to use EFT Tapping in their day to day lives. One of the most fascinating uses of EFT that I have come across is for eliminating the emotional charge around limiting thought patterns or "beliefs".

When it comes to attracting money into our lives, the only reason we don't have it is because we don't believe we deserve it! If you want to attract more money your only job is to do what ever it takes to alter that limiting belief.

How do I use EFT to attract money?

So, here are 3 ways that you can begin to use EFT today to begin attracting more money.

1. Gratitude

Take a look at how much money you have in your life now. Recognize that it is there. How does it make you feel?

If you are immediately struck with a feeling of "it's not enough" then you need to tap on that.

You will not attract more money into your life while cursing what little money you do have! Tap away the negative feeling you have around your current situation and be grateful for what ever money you do have.

2. Affirmations

Affirmations are a very misunderstood tool. You are affirming things to your self all day long and you might not even be aware of it. An affirmation is nothing more than and idea, belief, or thought that you repeat to yourself over and over.

The affirmation will do 1 of 2 things: 1) Make you feel good, or 2) Make you feel bad.

The most important thing for you to do is feel good about money.

What are you telling yourself about money? Does it feel good or bad? Tap away the bad with EFT.

What do you WANT to tell yourself about money? If you say to yourself "Money is good and I am a magnet to it", pay attention to how that statement makes you FEEL.

If it does not make you feel good then chances are it has brought up a "deeper seeded" belief and it will actually continue to keep you "stuck" where you are.

Common negative money beliefs in western society are "money doesn't grow on trees", "rich people are bad", or even "money is not spiritual".

These are ideas that were instilled in you most likely at a very young age. The key here is to recognize the negative feelings that come up when you focus on money.

As soon as you notice it, tap away the bad with EFT.

Telling yourself that you will never succeed is an affirmation that would make you feel bad. Tap it away with EFT.

Telling yourself that you make $500,000 a year when you currently make $30,000 might make you feel bad (ie. you feel like a fraud or liar). Use EFT to tap away the negative feeling until you can feel good about the possibility and can imagine yourself with your desired outcome.

Continue to tap until you can focus on your desire and FEEL GOOD about it!

3. Pave the road for your success

This is a great tool for ramping up your attraction powers.

When you first wake up in the morning, check in with yourself. What's the first thing that enters your mind? Does it feel good or bad? Tap out the bad with EFT and affirm what you want to accomplish today. This will pave the way for you.

Then around mid day check in with yourself again. Congratulate yourself on a good morning and affirm how you want the rest of the day to go. Tap out any negativity with EFT.

Lastly, before you go to bed, run through the day in your head. Tap out any negative feelings or memories and affirm that you had a good day. Celebrate what was good!

Then affirm that you will sleep soundly and awaken tomorrow with happy, boundless energy to take on the day.

Remember, your number one priority should be to focus on what you would like and to FEEL GOOD about it :-)

Dollars aren't the root of happiness but they are not the root of evil either.

They are the result of how somebody lines up Energy.

If you don't want dollars, don't attract dollars. But we say to you, your criticism of others who have dollars, holds you in a place where things you do want, like wellness and clarity and Well-being, can't come to you either.

Just Focus on the Money By Jeanna Gabellini

My two year-old son, Lucky, loves going to the park. Lately, we go to a park darn near every day that the weather permits.

No matter how many times we go it’s always the same routine:
• Head straight toward the slide
• Find and pick up big sticks
• Throw a ball if we brought one
• Look at what the other kids do
• Tell everyone there that the park is his
• Ignore me saying, “It’s time to go.”

Then he does the best thing in the whole routine. He climbs up the ladder to the slide saying, “One more, one more.” He doesn’t say it with a pleading tone. He says it matter of fact with THE most charming smile.

It’s totally irresistible. I always cave in, ignoring the mommy voice in my head that says, “Say what you mean and mean what you say.” Lucky gets to climb the ladder several more times.

The way Lucky deals with the park is the exact way to manifest more money. He has a laser focus on what he wants, which is more time at the park. He totally ignores anybody who tries to defeat his desire. He does not whine, cry or complain about the obstacle or even plead his case.

Lucky 100% owns his power and gets to stay at the park longer. He knows that his charm and joy attract his mama to do exactly what he wants. Even when I give him extra time he still does the, “One more, one more” bit. He is not ruffled in the least. He wants more and he keeps going for it. When I finally grab his hand to lead him back home, he goes willingly…no resistance.

This kid is determined but not having a tantrum.

Your unwavering commitment to attract more money or profits from your business should be wrapped in an energy of light heartedness.

Like Lucky, you will end up getting exactly what you want. Never let anybody stand in your way and beam your joy right at him or her. I bet you’ll have just as much fun in the money game as Lucky does going down the slide.

Law of Attraction: Be Open to Receiving By Evelyn Lim

The law of attraction requires you to be open to receiving. Your beliefs can have an impact on your ability to receive. Allow me to explain further. What you think about and believe is what you end up with in life.

For instance, if you were raised in poverty, you may have taken on a scarcity mindset early on in life, and therefore, even as an adult, you can't break the cycle of poverty in your life. Why? Because not only are your thoughts inundated with poverty and lack, but you truly believe that poverty and barely getting by is all you can have.

When your mind is consumed with thoughts of lack, you are unable to receive gifts or any blessings that may come your way because you are not open to receive them. The problem with poverty or scarcity mindset, is the person truly believes that he or she is not deserving of any goodness that may come his or her way.

The belief held on to is that life is about working hard and struggling. Therefore, even accepting a compliment is very difficult for people who believe struggling through life and barely getting by is the only way to live. When you are not open to even accepting a compliment, it is difficult to allow yourself to be open to everything that life has to offer.

Perhaps you have heard someone say, "change your thoughts, and change your life" and there is so much truth to this because until you change your thoughts, you truly will never have everything you want or be open to receiving what you want. Therefore, the next question is, how do you change your thinking?

The first step is knowing what you want, it is not enough to say, "I want a better life" this is too vague, you need to decide exactly what you want. Perhaps you want to make a specific amount of money in one month or an annual salary, then you need to set the dollar amount in your mind, because that is what you want to receive, and it is specific.

Next, you need to cultivate what you want with your attention, focus on seeing this desire and how open you are to receiving and using this extra money. Be grateful for this new blessing of money you are making, and always see it in the present tense, even if you are currently living hand to mouth.

By doing so, you are beginning to attract what you want and setting yourself in a place of being open to receive. Spend time seeing yourself in a new home or car and using the new blessing of extra money in your life to pay for everything you want and helping others to learn how to be open to receive.

Unfortunately, where people (maybe you) get stuck is not allowing the manifestation in their lives, because the scarcity mindset can block you from receiving what your mind has put into motion. What this mindset amounts to is doubt.

Therefore, the more you replace doubts with thanksgiving, the easier it will be for what you want to actually be realized in your life. What you think about and believe, will become your reality when you are open to receive it.

Your Emotional Guiding System To Wealth By Evelyn Lim

You have probably heard the saying that people are "funny" about money. This saying highlights that when it comes to money issues, lots of people get very emotional. Whether you have a lot or you have a little -- your emotions become involved when we look at our bank statments or open our checkbooks.

Did you know that your emotions can gently guide you to improved wealth for yourself and your family? Using your emotions appropriately can help you create the best opportunities to earn money and develop investments.

Listen to your emotions. Begin at the beginning and just listen to your emotions. What have your emotions been trying to tell you, that you simply have been pushing away? What are you not listening to them?

A constant state of worry over your financial situation is an indication of lack. Because your thoughts are about your lack of abundance, you emit an energy field that resonates with scarcity. According to the Law of Attraction, like energy attracts like energy. So if you are giving off negative vibes, you will continue to attract situations of not having enough. Negative states such as fear, anger and frustration also obstruct the free flow of abundance to you.

On the other hand, if you are in a state of gratitude and always happy with what you have, you emit an energy field of abundance. Because of the Law of Attraction, you attract outcomes that vibrate in the same frequency as wealth.

Respect your emotions as they arise. Some of your emotions may seem childish or trivial but they happen for a reason. They provide important clues for what you feel inside and indicate the areas that you need to work on, in order to improve your financial state.

Hence, thank your emotions for coming. Be grateful you are experiencing your emotions. There are people who bottle up their emotions for years and never experience them. What emotions are missing? This is an important question.

Are you never angry? Never afraid? Never happy? Never anxious? This is a signal, because you are most likely still avoiding experiencing your emotions and may need some help discovering them. A professional counselor can help you get in touch with your feelings. It is worth it -- you'll be leading a more authentic life. When you can do the things you are happy at and are a generally more positive person, you can find it easier to attract better outcomes.

Admittedly if you have been feeling negative for a long time, becoming positive is not going happen overnight. It takes work to release and clear your negative emotions of worry, anger and fear. Still, you will find that as you let go of them layer by layer, you will begin to feel more light and joyous. In a more positive emotional state, you are better able to attract abundance.
