What To Do When Feeling Down by Tana Hoy
If you ever find yourself feeling in a slump, there are three things you might want to ask yourself:
1. Was I around anyone who’s negative who may have caused me to feel this way?
2. Was I somewhere where negative people were or where negative occurrences take place?
3. Was I talking to someone on the phone who was drained my energy?
Often times you may find one of these questions can be answered with a “yes”. And if you did answer one of them with a “yes”, it means you picked up negative energy from that person.
Remember, like attracts like!
Next, close your eyes, and imagine yourself standing under a waterfall of white light! Imagine the water light bathing you and rinsing away all of your worries, tensions, fears, and negative energy.
Do this for about 4 minutes, and then open your eyes. You will find that you already feel a bit “cleaner” and lighter, and the down feeling may have become less or totally gone away!
