Evidence that the smart money has left the market.
1. Always wait for the setup. NO SETUP; NO TRADE

2. The trend will END but I don't know WHEN.

Ya.

Last round of poker was played during the February rebounce?

Lingered for a while more in April ...

It's time that we should change our "buy on dip; sell on rebounce" strategy to options or forex ??

I think, there is good volatility from now till September ... awaiting for Ken ge to teach me those tools ...

Yes - when all magazines, business news are shouting "END of the World" - its probably a very good sign. when analysts are unsure how low it will go, probably so too.

Now analysts are all puting out outperform or buy calls saying cheaper valuations.

"The Edge" magazine still haven talk about Europe contagion, so its not so bad yet.

K - Its a weekly periodical on the local market. At times, it includes some stocks on the KLCI.

I get it free from Phillips. However, its quite useless IMO.

All the pointless CEOs go on the EDGE to give POINTLESS interviews...

So far, I haven't read about a CEO saying "I HAVE NO VISION FOR THIS COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM DOING AND WE ARE EMBEZZLING THE CASH.... SO LONG SUCKERS"

Once in a while, they have some interesting articles...
"If a speculator is correct half of the time, he is hitting a good average. Even being right 3 or 4 times out of 10 should yield a person a fortune if he has the sense to cut his losses quickly on the ventures where he has been wrong" - Bernard Baruch

for me - i use it to get investment ideas - trying to understand what retail investors read and maybe what's the latest topic and ideas and "hot tips/stocks" which retail investors may follow. :D

(actually sounds like I AM THE retail investors!!!!  )

Time to make 2 lists of analysts.

One to use when the market crash; and we will use it to bash the analysts

Another to use when the market goes to new high, and we will also use it to bash the analysts
