Which come first ? The Placement or the Price Rise ?
Did they push the price up, so that they can do a placement which has been planned already?
Or did the price ran up, then they decide to do a placement, then they call up a few investment bankers and managed to do the placement quickly ?

Need to remind myself to be patient.
The knife is dropping now. Let it drop and see where's the floor. Hear the big thump first. Hear the knife vibrate for a while first before buying.
A lot of people were buying after the drop last year and it continued to drop and drop..
In the meantime, it's not a bad idea to start watching the Put Warrants and Short ETF ..
