Going to grow fast this year with gold price currently much higher than last plus growth in new pawnshops....
The Group had applied to open 5 new pawnshops in Johor and 2 new pawnshops in Melaka
within 24 months from its Listing date of 23 July 2024 as disclosed in the Prospectus, subject to
the issuance of pawnbroking licences. The pawnshop located in Pekan Nanas, Johor obtained
its pawnbroking licence from Kementerian Perumahan Dan Kerajaan Tempatan (“KPKT”) in
June 2025 and the pawnshop officially commenced operations in the same month. In December
2025, the Group has obtained conditional approvals for the remaining 4 pawnshops in Johor
and 2 pawnshops in Melaka. Renovation works for these outlets will be carried out in
accordance with KPKT requirements within 10 months, and the Group will apply for the final
approvals to commence business at these pawnshops upon completion of the renovations.

Pursuant to our strategic growth plans, the Group has expanded its footprint in the Northern
region through the acquisition of three pawnbroking outlets for a total cash consideration of
RM63.44 million during the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2025. This expansion
reinforces our market position in key regions while enhancing our service offerings to cater to
the growing demand from consumers. The newly acquired businesses have delivered a positive
contribution to the Group’s financial performance. With these additions, our Group has grown to
27 pawnbroking outlets.
