Let It Go

Now is the time to consider the things that no longer serve you, and to let them go, just like the leaves dropping from the trees. When I received it, I took a moment to reflect…

And I realized that I’d been holding onto some resentment over a difficult interaction I’d had with someone a few weeks earlier.

In that moment of insight, I realized that I had a choice:

I could keep holding onto this negativity and continue weighing myself down emotionally and spiritually…

Or I could let go, free myself up and move on with the joy of life.

And after deciding to let it go, I now feel 1000X better!
