The Normality of Change by Stuart Wilde

We live in a dynamic universe nothing stays the same, change is normal. Sometimes it makes sense to go to a lower level of operating, downsizing, it may be hard for the ego but it is heaven for your soul. You become calmer.

Change can sometimes evoke fear but often when you look back, staying where you were back then would have been way more scary. Try to embrace change as a lively friend, that brings new things to your life.

Humans have to breathe and try things out and move and join others to learn and understand things properly. Don’t let your energy become stagnant— Life is a new dress and sparkly shoes! Try to remember that.

The greatest gift you can offer yourself is freedom. The spiritual journey is about granting you the perception to have more freedom, the freedom to earn more, the freedom to travel, the freedom to interact with new cultures and different people, many things.
