Er... what else will be said other than "well spent"? :D
"If a speculator is correct half of the time, he is hitting a good average. Even being right 3 or 4 times out of 10 should yield a person a fortune if he has the sense to cut his losses quickly on the ventures where he has been wrong" - Bernard Baruch

Ah...just saw that they are going to remove the 'Give Way to YOG' message on the roads.

Really, this is definitely not the best use of money!!

My verdict of the YOG : Local taxpayers gave foreigners and our youths the most EX party of their lifetimes.
It's their F1 on my expense

Hi Poles :D
Vivian overshot the YOG budget fr $104m to $387m :o .
He's doing it for the SportsHub too, from $1.2b to $1.33b. It's $130m more :o
But he was beaming at last nite's rally. He even talked so animatedly to Shamugam, who rightly looked back with a little disbelief, I think.

From my kid (just half an hour ago..on the way back from school)

Hidden Content:
"Is the YOG over?", kid
Me, "Yes, it's over. Why?" (<< I am REALLY curious here....)

Kid, "Because they have been showing it during MY cartoon time!... Okto!"

....

How to win support? And if my kid can think of this.... there are many more (kids) who will be thinking along the same line.....

Yes, I promised you a ticket but I did not say when I will give you the ticket ...

Volunteers who helped out during the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in August were promised complementary tickets to the Formula One (F1) race on Sept 24-26 but many received their tickets only after the event.
