Why should we protect and maintain the sanctity of Nature?

Some people today, do not do any physical exercises and lead a sedentary life. My advice to office-goers and students is that it is good for them to commute by bicycle at least five or six kilometers a day.

This cycling exercise is very useful to maintain your good health and to reduce your expenses on automobiles.

Another big advantage is to avoid accidents and reduce atmospheric pollution, caused by the release of harmful fumes from automobiles.

The carbon-dioxide smoke from motor vehicles and factories is already polluting the air in cities and affecting the ozone layer above the earth.

All the five elements are affected immensely by pollution today. Hence you should try to reduce the use of automobiles and control the emission of harmful industrial effluents.

You should always act in harmony with Nature, which is reflection of Divinity. Your primary task now is to purify the environment you live in.
