agree pretty strong resistance around this level 1.075-8 region...
anyways..50-50% i guess either way... my preference is always to sell when it is high but then the risk is that once it break resistance, it cheong like no horse run...hence the risk

you should know that RBA will decide on rate decision on 7 Feb 2012.
currently at 4.25%. consensus is for 4% (a 25 basis point cut)...and if this happens, it could move AUD tremendously..
inflation for 3 quarters of 2011 averaged abt 3.5% but in the last 3 months of 2011, inflation dipped to to a low of 2.1% in Nov11. Last reading Dec11 was 2.4%. this could be the basis for market forecast that RBA may slash rates in this coming meeting.
Jan12 inflation figure will be released at 730am(sgp time) Monday 6/feb. expect this to move aud market.
