
I do set a %benchmark but it's not the most N.B. indicator. It's the macro broad pic that matters most to me. I usually post when I think it's a good time to step gingerly in and average up.

1) Wait for your stops to be hit ?
2) Sell your remaining position ?
3) Buy on the dip hoping that this is just a small correction on the ongoing bull market ?
4) Wait for the market to go down further so that you can pick things cheaper ?
5) Wait for the market to rebound so that you can try to exit your position at a smaller loss ?
