United Kingdom 01 (Dec 10 to Jan 12)

"wallstreet" protestors have been camping out at St Paul's Cathedral since some 2 weeks ago.

2 senior clergies, including the dean of st paul's resigned over this matter. last week, this famous landmark chose to close for sevice for a week, citing health and safety reasons. it's reopened since.

bbc just reported that the police will be serving 48hours eviction notice at midday today (your 8pm).

i think, i should go shoot some photos before they disperse....maybe even get shots of some tussle between the protestors and police 8-)

from day to night... protests all over..

yeah...these students are NOW marching across central london, financial district(like our CBD)..some 15K of them.... the police have loaded their weapons with rubber bullets (which is not usual).

police trying to prevent this group from joining the "wallstreet" protestors...afraid the swelling in numbers may trigger violence

helicopters, both media and police, filling the sky with their skycams...

eat full full, nothing to do these children...

let's see by tomorrow, how many of them die and properties destroyed as a result..

while in Singapore, we have a draconian stand on public protests...these people here are on the other extreme... too much and destructive in their ways... also no good..

London blamed as strike chaos set
Wednesday, November 30, 2011

Public sector workers set to stage the biggest strike in Britain for decades today are arguing the government is trying to make the low-paid carry the can for a crisis not of their making.

Unions expect more than two million are expected to walk out, leaving schools shut, hospitals understaffed, local authorities paralysed and international travelers to London's Heathrow airport facing chaos.
