U wait, others buy...now many deep pocket folks rushing to buy commercial & industrial ppty, cos not under the 4 yrs restriction rule...hehe, dun be like my eldest bro since 86 1st recession wait till now, only to have a 4 room HDB flat....he missed that Sunglade next to Nex it a real sayang, project stage selling at $600k plus now latest caveat shows its closed at $1.3 mill.

Anyway, bro k hinting is valid.....
As a general rule, we should try not to predict the short-term performance.
Best stick to long-term strategy.
