When you see a headline like this, what does it mean? Ramping up is a huge word as if the economy is heating up.
And when you see the detail, it's 1 in 5 ie. 20% of the companies. They did not say what is happening to the other 80% of the companies in the title.
Shouldn't one be focussing on the 80% of the companies and not the 20% in the title?
