And partnership with Roche for NeuVax

Stock did not react positively (now at 1.4$).
It is a waiting game until FDA news, partnership news or... (hopefully not) news about another financing

So they need money to fund the expensive P3 trials...

They hired Cantor Fitzgerald to assist in the process.

Buyout? I would think 3$ as possible price tag, probably higher
Partnership? Merck would be obvious choice (Keytruda trial), or Roche (Neuvax/herceptin trial)

I like the possibilities and think that (considering there still is 16M$ cash and cash equivalents in the bank) the market cap here at 31m$ is undervaluing the company and pipeline. => lowered my average to 1.45$

Sellas needs news... quiet before the storm here?
