Shanda Interactive Entertainment [SNDA US] - Neutral : Going Private( USD38.33 / PT: USD47.00 ) Jin Yoon
Shanda Interactive announced that its Chairman and CEO, Mr. Tianqiao Chen intends to privatize the company, acquiring all the outstanding shares that are not currently owned by him, his wife Ms. Qianqian Luo (non-executive director of Shanda) and his brother Mr. Danian Chen (COO and director of Shanda), for US$41.35 per ADS, or US$20.675 per ordinary share.
The proposed price represents a 23.5% premium to the closing price on Oct 14 2011.
Mr. Tianqiao Chen, Ms. Qianqian Luo, and Mr. Danian owned ~68.4% of all outstanding shares (exclude outstanding options) as of Sep 30 2011.

I assume they must have make money from the IPO to buy back the shares.
1. Always wait for the setup. NO SETUP; NO TRADE
2. The trend will END but I don't know WHEN.
