Goldman Sachs Upgrades U.S. Chip Stocks To Attractive
Goldman Sachs lifted its view on U.S. semiconductors to attractive from neutral.
With fundamentals poised to improve in the second half and valuations for most of the firms it covers at "reasonable levels," it expects stocks to outperform the market into 2009 after several years of significant underperformance.
