BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Analysts at J.P. Morgan on Friday lowered their rating on Leap Wireless International Inc to underweight from neutral and cut their price target on its shares to $10 from $12. "Though we believe the company is actively seeking an acquirer, we believe a sale would be very challenging given deteriorating fundamentals and valuation hurdles," they wrote in a note to clients.
