NEW YORK (Reuters) - Hewlett-Packard Co offered to pay $1.6 billion for 3PAR Inc, topping rival Dell Inc's bid by a third in a surprise move that could spark a bidding war for the data storage company.

Seems like HPQ without CEO...is a bit more flexible in such areas (could be a coincident)

And Dell continues to be hold off at the lower end of the market; lower margin and still no clear path out.
1. Always wait for the setup. NO SETUP; NO TRADE

2. The trend will END but I don't know WHEN.
