I did not expect the various Senators to have done their homework or to be that sharp ..

The GS boys were good ( as expected and probably coached by their lawyers ) but the Senators were above expectation ..

this is getting to be serious...

every senator is hammering the 3 ex-GS execs...
"who was the leader...i want to know who the leader was at that time?"

folks :

so..one of the major lessons here is :

dont screw around with your company's email.... dont use it for other than work purposes...and dont use it in such a way as to incriminate yourself later on

I agreed!

Many of my friends like to use it to talk about mahjong sessions, and other trivia stuffs.
1. Always wait for the setup. NO SETUP; NO TRADE

2. The trend will END but I don't know WHEN.

My takeaway is that these senators are certainly worth their pay.

1am

this current senator pryor is really hardballing sparks now !!! super good....

and clearly, this senator is only trying to finger point an blame GS for being responsible for the economic downturn...

while, i think GS had a hand in it, i really dont agree with this senator's approach in pinning all the blame on GS... i much agree with the earlier senators in trying to determine if these 3 people were immorally aware of harming the investors at large; ie the pensioners/ordinary americans
