Earnings drop :( Was expecting them to account for the EC Austville which TOP. Guess it would only be accounted for in 2Q2014

Austville Residences obtained TOP in April 2014. But as posted in my earlier postings on UE E&C, I would start selling this counter. I don't feel comfortable with the current stock market.


Revenue recorded in Q1 2014 of $97.5 million related to the progressive revenue recognition from the
property sales at Eight Riversuites. The executive condominium development project currently undertaken
by the Group, Austville Residences is accounted for based on completion of construction (COC) method.
This project has obtained temporary occupation permit in April 2014.

totally out of UE E&C now. Although the 2Q result is up but it is due to contribution from their EC project. 1Q and 2Q results show falling margins. Maybe I will take a look when share price falls back to NTA which is about $0.92. Price is up due to takeover rumours which may or may not take place but fundamentally too pricey now. They need to arrest their falling margins
