Dairy Farm Intl ST: the RSI is overbought <DAIR.SI>

Click here to see our chart:

Our pivot point is at 7.57.

Our preference: the upside prevails as long as 7.57 is support.

Alternative scenario: the downside breakout of 7.57 would call for 7.26 and 7.08.

Comment: the RSI is trading above 70. This could mean that either the stock is in a lasting uptrend or just overbought and that therefore a correction could shape (look for bearish divergence in this case).

The MACD is positive and above its signal line. The configuration is positive. Moreover, the stock is trading above both its 20 and 50 day MA (standing respectively at 7.42 and 7.42).

Finally, Dairy Farm Intl is trading above its upper Bollinger band(standing at 7.92).

Dairy Farm Intl is currently trading near its 52 week highreached at 8 on 22/09/10.

Supports and resistances: 8.74 *8.55 **8.37 7.97 last 7.68 7.57 **7.26 *

Dairy Farm dropped from Carrefour sale

http://www.sharesinv.com/articles/2010/ ... ia-assets/

Points:
- Carrefour's SEA stores (incl. M'sia/Thailand/S'pore) up for sale.
- Tesco, Aeon, Dairy Farm cut from after round of bids due to 'lowball offers'.
- Second-round bids due in November.

Stock on my watchlist, but far too expensive for now. Still can't find any analyst coverage.
I wait until there is money lying in the corner, and all I have to do is go over there and pick it up.

Hi L, thanks for the tip. I never thought to use the words 'target price' when googling, and kept getting reports on cow farms... :)

Is somebody manipulating the STI through this counter ?

You mean indirectly by trying to move the Jardine stocks and then STI?
