Ken da ge, what are "green shoots"? :)

From what I see on price action, it is dying to go down. How deep I don't know.

ps. I want it to go down so that I can buy it cheap.

haha.. I want it to go down too... cos' I have shorts on it..

I'm putting this ticker into my 'watch' list after it secured financing from the world's 2 largest banks, the Chinese ones. No wonder LiewMunLeong has been spending so much time in China. I wonder if, like Wilmar, it is planning to hive and subsequently list its China assets on the ShangHai Ex  It will explode like a multibagger when it succeeds to do so.

Hmm...very good angle. A lot of the Chinese & HK property counters have already doubled or tripled.

Guocoland & Kepland also has some Chinese projects. I think Allgreen also had some exposure.

SINGAPORE, June 17 (Reuters) - CapitaLand , Southeast Asia's largest developer, may be in focus on Wednesday after UBS raised its price target to S$4.65 from S$3.20 previously, citing a recovery in China's property sector.

Hi MM
Thank Q Q for being a very kind soul :D :D I think the cross-pt between the MA(200) and MA(50) looks like a good pickup point.......maybe extend it to S$2/80.
