<Research Report>G Sachs: Not Surprised by MGM CHINA's Delay in New Project Opening; Target Slightly Cut to $19.6

Goldman Sachs, in its report, said that it is not surprised for the delayed opening of MGM CHINA (02282.HK)'s Cotai to end January 2018.

It is expected that the delay will increase the capex by approximately $1 billion to $27 billion.

The target price was slightly trimmed to $19.6 from $19.8 and the investment rating was maintained at Buy in terms of SOTP calculation.

The Company has reassessed its project costs and the overall budget of the project is expected to remain unchanged at approximately HKD27 billion, excluding land and capitalized interest.
