<Results>LENOVO GROUP 3FQ Adj. NP Rises 36% to USD589M; Revenue Up 18% to Record High

LENOVO GROUP (00992.HK) announced its third fiscal quarter results ending last December.

Revenue mounted 18% YoY, reaching a record USD22.2 billion.

All three business groups’ revenue achieved double-digit YoY growth.

Net profit dropped 21% YoY to USD546 million, with an EPS of US4.44 cents.

The gross margin decreased by 0.6 ppts to 15.1%.

During the period, under non-HKFRS, excluding the impact of one-time restructuring charges, non-cash fair value gain on warrants, notional interest on convertible bonds, and other non-cash items, the adjusted net profit lifted 36% YoY to USD589 million.
