DYNAM JAPAN (06889.HK) announced a proposed investment of US$35 million (equivalent to HK$273 million) in Erin International, which will cover the initial development cost of a real estate project in Ulan Bator, Mongolia.

The Erin Project comprises of the construction of twelve compound buildings housing approximately 2,000 residential apartments and commercial outlets on a piece of land grossing 19 hectare owned by Erin International.

The construction of the Erin Project is expected to commence in June 2013 and complete in December 2016.

The Company estimates that the annual caps of considerations for the Coffee Products Agreement will amount to approximately HK$12,403,000 and HK$14,883,000, respectively, for the financial years ending 31 March 2014 and 2015, and the annual caps of considerations for the Coffee Dripping Bags Agreement will amount to approximately HK$2,857,000 and HK$2,857,000, respectively, for the same periods.

DYNAM JAPAN (06889.HK) has always hoped to tap overseas market, particularly the gaming business in the mainland, Taiwan and Macau, via the share listing in Hong Kong, said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Yoji Sato.

DYNAM JAPAN prefers to develop Macau market, which is closer to Hong Kong as the construction of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will complete soon.

The pachinko hall operator has been in talks with Macau gaming operators, but no concrete proposals have been finalized, Sato remarked.

Sato stressed that the company has no intention to develop real estate business and the return of its investment reached 25%.
