Duke - refering to Duke Development Pte Ltd controlled by the (ex-?) UOB stockbrokers, Han Seng Juan and David Loh Kim Kang (cousins, I think). Before the RTO, Loh had been increasing his stake in the-then Seksun, and there were guesses that this was paving the way for a RTO. Then, the diapers company came in.

So, it's all just wild guesses lah. They're also corporate investors, with stakes in Summit and Pine Agritech (not updated on whether they're still vested in them).

Anyway, based on what I can infer from the announcement, it seems to me that Enporis Greenz has until 1 Feb 09 to sort things out, otherwise they'll have to delist?

Open Market Purchase (4 - 5 Sep), pushed his stake from 15.87% to 17.36% (~5.6m shares).

If I recall correctly, he has been accumulating throughout (before, during and currently...)

Though there is a break when they are waiting for the audited accounts of the diapers company.
