The investment in Crosstec, which reported a loss for its FY ended June 30, was to “improve the yield on idle cash through dividends and share price appreciation”, Econ Healthcare states in a Jan 9 filing to the exchange.

From one of the postings....


Common sense is part of the syndicate.. too coincidence. Use shareholders fund to help syndicate exit. And split the ill-gotten proceeds under table. How else would you justify buying into cross tech that has no fundamentals and already up 500%.
