Durian 02 (Jun 09 - Dec 27)

i just went to muar and ate some organic liew lian and i must admit, these original kampung liew lian is much better than any clones out there!

The seeds size to flesh ratio may not be comparable to the clones, but its like all the flavours are condensed into those little flesh that explodes into your mouth and overrides your senses.

Wah, you make my mouth water.

I read that this year there is a bumper crop due to the exceptionally hot weather... can't wait to start eating good durians again :D

the bumper crop also caused the price to drop, its like revisiting the march lows,... from liew lian point of view.

yeah....i started makaning durian since sunday..... now planning to go geylang for D24...feast the stomache first....and then feats the other faculties.... ;)

Too bad, my man as I am already back in Singapore. Judging from the huge traffic jam at the second link, there must be many kakis there too. The jam streched all the way before the mid way of the bridge and it was worst than the X'mas and Chinese New Year period. Was shocked when we reached the bridge at around 11:00p.m. :shock:
