The hair part of the princess is a nightmare. First of all, the paper I'm cutting is dark brown in colour, so my pencil tracing cannot be clearly seen. Secondly, it is glossy in nature, hence even in direct light, it reflects off irritatingly, make the tracing and cutting extremely frustrating. I had cut two times for each section because the first cutting is either way off the original template or that during the cutting, the picture got a little way off hence the original template had to be adjusted.
Very glad that it's over for this part.
Forgot to add that the dark glossy brown paper is also very thick. It makes cutting thin tiny strips a nightmare at best. You can see it 'popping' out under sunlight.

This is from the second day. I decided not to carry on because it's very very tiring. But on the second day, I am well prepared. I did it in the early afternoon where there is plenty of sunlight. It works better than artificial lighting.

Added the crown and the hairband. This is a piece of cake, after having been 'trained' by the more difficult sections.

Finished section. Actually I pasted a wrong section but made adjustments on the spot. If nobody can see it, the imperfect is fine, haha

I'll finish up the last pony tail part of the hair and things should be much easier from then on.
