swing out twice on $VXRT - announcement out re. oral covid vaccines but doesn't seem to have a sustainable runup .. its patent applications after a search weren't granted as yet, so I am just into it for own research/ trading opportunity ...

First position in KALA now (7.21$) because of the reasons you outlined a few days ago:

All the boxes checked now but one if will be rumoured for MBO ....

✅Top Management
✅2 Approved FDA RX
✅Huge Market/need
✅Insurance co's on board
✅First and only RX for acute DED
✅cash runway extended to Q4 2022
✅100% De-risked
⬜️$50 buyout

Got my small position in $VXRT again (3rd time) at 8.00. Institution stake is rising fast to 44.84% and rumoured on the collaboration option (3 months for JNJ) to exercise its right ... by 03May ... Checking shorts squeeze so I think it will rebound to 12-13 ish soon I hope.

Intend to exit $TEVA soon once earnings + opioid settlement are out !! ((in anticipation)).

Missed out on $KALA rally ~ well, that's life.

yeah KALA was an excellent entry point for me, on hindsight.

But now the more difficult question is: where to get out? take the profits here already or let them ride towards... buyout target???

no idea ... I got some $KALA too and out yesterday ... will be back ...

$SGMO finally on its downpath ... so will be eyeing to restock it again ^^

I missed out on the sage of $BLUE lentiglobin, stock rebounded on the clarification that the Lentivirus vector wasn't the causative agent ... but is the FDA convinced? the incident kinda reflected that we should look at non-viral vector approach, and I took an instinct to buy some $ZIOP upon nice presentation and backers behind them.

Added a bit more $TEVA and $AULT; will find a good time to exit all in Q2 ....

Added back $VXRT riskier trade with a view of JnJ option in by 03 May?

USA looks to get vaccination timely, and maybe the markets will respond in April - May thereof? Biopharma stocks haven't recovered much except those related to covid plays ...

Bought back $KALA last night.
And to look for another entry point to stack $ZIOP which is forming its wedge.

On hands and in stacking order:

3. $ZIOP
4. $VXRT
5. $CTXR

Going to stack up next week (the $XBI is still relatively weak), and look to add 1-2 more others ........... maybe old counters e.g. $SGMO or $FLXN ...........
