Shorts are all caught left-right-center... i have a friend who was very confident of his S&P short of 1280 with huge buffer then... not sure whether he has put aside his ego to close the position...
when all has abandoned their guard and poured money in... that could be ripe for picking... trying to remind myself not to be the point-guard as this is a relatively strong market - the first few rounds of selling could be "bargain hunting" calls by analysts... if there's really a downtrend, wait for the bounce before enter...
** haha.. as if i can time it so well **

There has been a major drop in those betting against the market as short interest has plunged.
Research firm TrimTabs said earlier this week that NYSE short interest decreased 6.7% to 12.5 billion shares at the start of February, the lowest level on record, and down from a record high of 16.1 billion shares on Sept. 30.

TOL:-
I have been sharpening the knife and waiting and sharpening and waiting, yet there's no strong catalyst for a sharp drop.
Dont think the current high gasoline prices would bring things down.
Maybe Iran, if Israel is stupid enough to launch a pre-emptive strike.
Need to remind myself that I need to stay alert and strike when it's the time to act.
My mistakes from the past is that I either strike too early or I get bored and give up waiting ...
Sharpening and Waiting ...

How to short ?
One down day with no follow through ...
Even the "experts" on CNBC are calling for the market to drop, which probably means that it wont, for a little while more ...
