Three reasons for persistent inflation:-
1. Labor prices
2. Housing market and
3. High entry prices

Inflation is bullish for oil and emerging markets stocks.

And stocks in general do fine during periods of rising inflation, too.

But you want to brace for losses from most types of bonds when inflation heats up.

Only time will tell how aggressive or effective the Fed will be.

For now, we’re in a time of high inflation. We have to sit back and watch how the Fed responds over the next few months.

We’ll soon find out if inflation will slow… or if this vicious cycle will spin out of control.
