You have to download it here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3028

Then go to tools, then add on to change the options. After that, you can select a text, right click on it and select the check4change options

The "cousin" extension addon to this for Firefox is "ReloadEvery" which allows the user to select auto refresh timing for specific web pages:

Something like the Opera refresh option, and works with the latest FF v3 too..
