You have to download it here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3028

Then go to tools, then add on to change the options. After that, you can select a text, right click on it and select the check4change options :)

The "cousin" extension addon to this for Firefox is "ReloadEvery" which allows the user to select auto refresh timing for specific web pages:

Something like the Opera refresh option, and works with the latest FF v3 too.. ;)
