Re: Feedback on our Forum

Dear All,
It's time to think again about various issues again:-
1) How can we improve on the forum ?
2) How has been the customer's experience ?
3) How are we going to pay for our expenses eg. hosting fees, design fees, IT support, advertizements etc ?
( We dont charge membership fees and the revenue from the advertizements are very little as we dont have sufficient clicks. We also dont intend to sell the mailing list. ).
4) We have only about 220 registered members ( after deleting about 70 inactive members a few months ago ). How can we increase our membership ? After a year, "Word of Mouth" does not seems to be working..
5) Are we happy with the paticipation of our members ? If not, how can we encourage more participation ?
If you have any ideas that you would like to share with us, please do feel free to let us know. If you are not comfortable discussing the issue in public, please do feel free to send us a "Private Message".
Thanks and take care,
Winston
