Investideas: What can you tell us about your Educational background, as well as the Industry that you are in ?
Basic degree in Business, Masters in Financial Mathematics and CFA. I have been in the Venture Capital and Private Equity business for about 20 years.
We have invested across various industries in both the Technology and Traditional sectors. My investment experience is mostly in Asian companies and I have been on the boards of some of these companies. The successful investments were publicly listed in local and overseas exchanges including NASDAQ. The more successful investments happened when we wereable to arrange a trade sale.

About 20 years; Being involved with Start-ups, Growth companies, M&A, PIPEs, MBO/LBO, Distressed Situations etc; Personal investments in listed stocks for long term hold and have also personally seeded a number of start-ups.
Personally like to research into derivatives but was never a Trader (that is why also never believed in structured products and private banking products); Basically a Value Investor. Got involved in derivatives from time to time only for hedging and risk management purposes.
